GlowGirl lists 300+ trusted local and international beauty brands across makeup, skincare, hair care, bath & body, fragrances, and beauty tools. While we work hard to keep listings accurate, please note:

• Product colours, textures, and packaging may look slightly different in person due to screen or lighting differences.
• Stock availability changes constantly; a product being listed does not guarantee it is in stock.
• We may update descriptions, prices or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.
• All products sold on Glow Girl are sourced directly from authorized brands and distributors, we do not deal in counterfeit or duplicate items.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on glowgirl.com.pk, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. An order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or a phone call.

GlowGirl reserves the right to:

• Accept, hold, or decline any order at our discretion.
• Cancel an order due to a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an incomplete/incorrect delivery address.
• Request additional confirmation (such as a phone call) before dispatching high value or bulk orders.
• Limit the quantity of a single item purchased per customer or per order.

If your order is cancelled after payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on Glow Girl are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional prices, bundle offers and discount codes are valid only for the period mentioned and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We currently support the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash & EasyPaisa
• Debit/Credit Card (where available at checkout)

GlowGirl is not responsible for any additional charges, currency conversion fees, or delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page, but these are approximate and not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Customers are advised to double check their shipping address and contact number before confirming an order, as GlowGirl is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want every GlowGirl customer to shop with confidence. Returns, exchanges and refund eligibility are governed by our dedicated Refund and Returns Policy, which we recommend reading before placing an order especially for items like skincare, makeup, and personal care products, which have specific hygiene related conditions.
